When pasted into Data:String, seems characters outside the "Western" character set turns into a ? after you leave the String entry.
Example: I want to have a 1/3 symbol in my GUI. I loaded XP's Character Map, choose Arial font, use Unicode, scroll down to find it, Copy, find the Data:String in SM, paste, you can see it at first but then it changes to ? after clicking somewhere else.
Would be helpful to have those international characters too...

I'm sure 90% of non-main-language-is-English speakers would appreciate UTF encoding.
