as of version 1.03 the problem i was having with CPU and the slow down of controls if the array was used to create the wavetable, has now been fixed ;)
so thank's for that dev's.

the little work around i made is nolonger needed,

i'm really happy now cos with this new update two of the problem's i've been having have been fixed ;) , the other one was when i was trying to add my random waveform generator(a different project) to the toolbox i was getting a crash everytime but the dev's have sorted this as well, hooray!! nice one ;)

right anyway time for a bit of advice to anyone starting out, make sure you give all your control's a different preset name's while adding them, i just found out the hard way and had to go though all the controls and rename the presets, most of them had exactly the same name cos i'd just copy and pasted everything, so anyway the presets should now work properly, i'm going to start on some presets for it this week, so both version's should be released soon ;)

just to recap we have two versions on the go, we have the black and white version which is a bit like an LE version cos it has i few less features, here's a picture of the black and white version.....

we've basicly got two version's because rwillson started on the gui with the first version, but then i went and made some major change's to the synth but rwillson had already put quite abit of work into it already and wanted to see it though. so we decided were going to release the one he started on which is the black and white version, and the newer one with the major change's, the newer one is the silver synth in previous post's, rwillson is going to do some more work on it.

you can find both version's here.......

find the file black and white, and add_synthnew_workup, there the two version's of this synth, the other file's are just little examples i've done to help a couple of people.

cheers ;)

i've done a minor update on both version's , with the black and white one the cpu was still quite bad, this was to do with the lfo and a slight denormal problem, should be ok now ;) , i've also added pitch bend wheel support and velocity on note's, to bring it up to speed with the newer version.

as for the other version, ermm i've forgotten exactly what i've done ;) :S
but it has been updated slightly.

Minor 'wiki error': it's in the wrong namespace :) So is the wave draw for that matter.

The link in the Instruments section should've been "[[.Add Synth:Add Synth]]", notice the '.' in the beginning. This tells dokuwiki that it is a relative link, instead of an absolute one.
