....hmmmm. while sitting here and trying to add the connector bitmaps to the project
i thought about this again and here is the problem i have now:
if i would take images for the connectors i will get a problem with the shadows.
of course i can make a image with shadow but it can´t be adjusted later. :S
now i think my idea with the bitmaps was not so good and it would be nicer to add
some options to the properties panel to configure the connectors we have now.

Can I use this, please? I think this would be awesome in Table Synth or Wavedraw Synth. I promise I will credit everyone who worked on this awesome project. I also will provide the OSM's for these in the registered user forum.

Notice: The following statement is only for my part of the project. Other involved users may have other "rules"

Here is my general statement for the usage of this project (so I don't have to permit every usage 3:) ):
As long as you don't charge more than 100 €/US$, I've no problem. When it's more, then I guess the whole project was built for making huge profit, and so my part of work should be licensed from me.

For commercial projects below the 100 €/US$ margin: credits have to be in the project (visible to the user somewhere)

For non commercial projects: use as you like, post a link to your project here (optional).

I understand and agree.

This is just for freeware projects, giving away the OSM's as well to registered users. Pimp up this one....

I will give a warning though that if you use the synth with the patch cable project, you have to ask the dev's of the patch cable project first? Alright?

Thank you a bunch in advance!!! :)

The only issue i see there MyCo is you are opening up a whole can of worms
How many nick it and build merchants are gonna go do a modular synth now, charge 99$ and think they are fine hehehehe

Personally i would say here and i hope you and the others agree MyCo that anybody wanting to use this in a commercial project should need to contact the developers of this project for permission

I really think that is a much safer way of doing things and doesn't create a very dubious grey area

please feel free to use it, thomas! as long as you use it for a freeware project you don´t have to ask :D
the only reason why i included the whole "ask-for-permission-if-you-use-it-commercial" thing is that
i want the work of the others appreciated, especially myco´s work. and here i have to agree with NAS,
i think this is the best way to do it.

hey walther,

gute arbeit, looks great!!!
do you agree with my in that point that is it better to config the existing connector
instead of using a bitmap for it?

hey walther,
i just downloaded the SCM-1612pro DEMO from your website and here ´s my feedback:
1.i like the smooth fade in when starting the demo. have you made this with your exe loader/wrapper
you were talking about here?
2.the slot animation is really great! but is it normal(or a demo feature) that the slots change
automatically or is this a bug?
3. i am really looking forward to the end result, till now it looks very nice and has some really nice
functions/features included. does it work the way it should work? i´ll try it out later.... :D

According to use in projects are freeware, with a link for download inserted into the forum
but for any commercial shape, that at least acknowledge to creators, like me for the rest, a minimum of gratitude, mention the names of the creators visible in the about,
a part of the proceeds for a commercial project, which exceeds a minimum of $ 100,
otherwise at least the product fully functional free 3:)

After speaking with Infuzion, he suggested I go with a patch cable approach to some effects I'm putting into a new amp suite. I agree with him as guitarists will be in familiar territory, but, now comes the permission part. As some of you may already know, we have been releasing freeware for about a year or so now, and that has done well for us. We are about to start releasing commercially and I have shyed away from using this in case the terms of use in commercial products changed... I have no trouble giving credit where its due, and, I believe Myco, AJ, EXO, oddson, ernst, and others are all already mentioned in some of our products. If I missed anyone, that is by accident, and as I have said many times, if I missed someone, let me know and I'll get their name mentioned right away.

Anyways our Suites Shred, Preampus, and G-SPOT will sell for $25, $25, $35 respectively. So as far as Myco's request we are well within his $100 limit. Is there anything else I need to know? and can someone please provide me a list of the developers who are involved. Further, what I would like to offer each of you(developers) is a page at our website that where you can feel freely to add your own stuff if you want. Just a way of saying thank you..
